Adventure Race Croatia - exploring Dalmatia the hard way - will be a demonstration race of the AR World Series and will take place from 18-22 September 2018.
The 250-350 km race over 3 days will include mountain biking, paddling, running, roping and navigation. 30 Teams of four from Sweden, Denmark, France, Spain, Slovenia, Poland, Switzerland, Croatia, Belgium, United Kingdom and Australia will travel along the course passing through some of the most stunning landscapes of beautiful Zadar region, one of the most diverse parts of Croatia.
With its base in the town of Zadar, this region presents wonderful highlights of what Croatian nature, history and culture can offer. In terms of adventure racing, the participants will get everything – the hard way! From crystal clear Adriatic Sea and limpid water of Zrmanja river to razorsharp limestone cliffs of National park Paklenica and rigid karst of Croatian mythical mountain Velebit.
