The World Indoor Championships in Athletics, the most important event on the 2014 athletics calendar, was held at the impressive new Ergo Arena situated at the delightful Polish Baltic resort of Sopot in Poland.
The almost 600 athletes in Sopot coming from 143 nations made the Championships one of the largest in the 29-year history of the event.

Chairman of IAAF TV Commission - Mr. Alex Gilady has congratulated the TVP team for excellent production of international feed for IAAF World Championships, Sopot 2014. He has named production in Sopot, "honour for sport and Polish TV".
