Eventinfo
The BEO is a true open event for every rider out there - from juniors who want to gain their first contest experience to up- and coming riders and the world’s elite. LAAX is well-known for the amazing setup they prepare every year in both halfpipe and slopestyle.
Interestingly enough the LAAX Halfpipe is shaped with the Zaugg Pipe Monster Laax Edition, designed by Laax local Reto Poltera. The same version of the pipe dragon will be used to shape the Olympic halfpipe in Canada next February. With 8 days of high level competitions and 400 competitors, the BEO is the biggest snowboard event in Europe.
